Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to access and document business processes using Blueworks Live
Conduct stakeholder interviews and create or update business process maps
Lead measurement activities and provide feedback on project deliverables


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in business process or back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
Experience in end-to-end process development and design
Proficiency in diagramming using Blueworks Live is preferred
Experience in supporting vendor implementations, particularly Workday
