YOUR ROLE: As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a dynamic agency team. You will be our resident expert on our ecosystem, capabilities, data dictionaries, business logic and workflows. You have both the business knowledge and technical expertise to help our clients and teams solve complex problems which help us meet our business goals. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Become subject matter expert on our marketing operations ecosystem, business logic, processes, and procedures
- Analyze ecosystem and data processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Assist with troubleshooting and analysis of ecosystem and data processing issues
- Assist with discovery, analysis, and documentation of proposed changes to ecosystem and data processes
- Create visualizations and documents to help others understand ecosystem and business requirements
- Document marketing ecosystem to include technology, integrations, business logic, processes and procedures
- Validate, document, and communicate business requirements with relevant stakeholders (client/agency)
- Educate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing operations to ensure data processing strategies align with business objectives and operational needs
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned work
