A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Oracle/UKG Analytics.



Key Responsibilities

Support long-term goals through consultation, process improvement, and digital transformation
Provide functional expertise on software applications, evaluate business processes, and develop innovative solutions
Manage small- to mid-sized projects and act as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
Vendor application certification may be required
Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
Experience with project management, systems analysis and design, and software testing preferred
