Located in the heart of Chicago, we are redefining recovery and want you to play a key role in helping deliver the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients. We are a free, walk-in, behavioral, outpatient treatment center serving the west side of Chicago since 2016. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily functions of the workplace and act as a supervisor for a variety of departments, including and ensuring effective group and individual counseling, peer support programs, and building maintenance
- Mediate workplace conflicts, problem solve, and maintain a cohesive, productive environment for our staff to excel in.
- Maintain budgeted costs and a complex work calendar.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations
- Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging our coworkers to utilize their different backgrounds to the advantage of the patients.
- Demonstrate self-motivation while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Recognize potential opportunities and develop strategic plans for approach and execution on the fly.
