- Be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure on-time completion, and working within budget parameters.
- Be able to work on a variety of projects within the light industrial and retail/entertainment sector.
- Support in troubleshooting the final deliverable after completion.The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor degree - preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field.
- 1+ years of general contracting experience.
- Project experience needed within the light industrial sector.
- Experience with large projects and ground-up construction needed.
- Be able to work with clients and subcontractors.
- Have a history of goal setting and adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Have exemplary organizational skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog.
