- Oversee and supervise all housekeeping services within the facility, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure coverage of all areas.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to schedule event setups and housekeeping tasks.
- Conduct regular inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely restocking as necessary.
- Supervise the maintenance and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and environmental health standards.
- Participate in facility committees related to infection control, safety, and environmental standards.
- Regularly inspect the community's physical condition and place maintenance requests for repairs.
- Maintain and report on housekeeping performance and quality assurance.
- Handle guest room bookings, cleaning, and related tasks as necessary.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment, providing leadership and support to housekeeping staff.Required:
