Job Details - General job duties.
- Types of procedures required.
- Prepare exam area.
- Sterile technique.
- Assist MD with procedures.
- Passing supplies.
- Filming case.
- Transporting patients.
- Vascular procedures, Neuro vascular procedures, biopsies, drain, lines.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: EPIC charting, Fluoro equipment, ultrasound.
- Assists physicians with arteriograms and or other specialized radiologic procedures under sterile technique in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
Job Requirements - Prefer 2 years of either IR or Cath Lab experience.
- Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, AART.
Schedule Information - M-F varied shift between 0730/0830-1600/1800.
- Call requirement during the work week, weekends and holidays: 8-9 call shifts per 6 weeks.
Unit Specific Information - Surgical scrubs which are provided.
