Experience & Education - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if obtained prior to the year 2000; Master's degree in Physical Therapy if obtained after the year 2000.
- Either have one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, in the absence of such experience, to receive appropriate training from the Seamark PACE on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
- Current Licensed Physical Therapist to practice in the required state.
- A valid Driver's license and vehicle, or other approved means of transportation, and an acceptable driving record is required. -Knowledge of:
