We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialists with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and other MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the management of enterprise-level solutions that leverage Intune and SCCM/MECM to ensure efficient and secure device management across the organization. Responsibilities - Design and architect comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM to meet the client's device management needs.
- Working knowledge and understanding of other MDM solutions like Workspace one, JAMF and Manage Engine
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Intune and/or SCCM/MECM, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure for clients and partners in remote environments.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for Intune and SCCM/MECM deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to resources both internal and external, ensuring best practices are followed in the management of devices, configurations and applications.
- Troubleshooting Intune and SCCM/MECM environments with an expert understanding of the technologies and how they impact environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in Intune, SCCM/MECM, and related technologies, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and external resources on Intune and SCCM/MECM functionalities and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with windows upgrade process having focus on 10 to 11 upgrade paths
- The ability to clearly communicate personal experience and support information with technical and non-technical persons and the charisma to engage and educate users on all levels.Qualifications
- Extensive experience implementing and troubleshooting Device management Platforms.
- Team leadership, delegation and execution skills
- Proven experience as an Architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM. 10 years plus for SCCM/MECM and 5 years plus for Intune.
- In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM/MECM, including large scale deployment, configuration, imaging and management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise device management, security, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Operational knowledge of Workspace one, Manage engine, Jamf, Tanium or other platforms preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure/Entra in the security space (Defender, Conditional Access, Identity Governance). Preferred Skills
