Job Description - Dot Net Tech Lead:

8+ years of experience with Microsoft.Net Tools and technologies specifically in: ASP.Net (MVC & Web API).
Extensive experience with design principles
Experience in full stack .NET software development with core competencies in Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, WebAPI, LINQ, SOAP, and REST.
Strong background with object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
Worked with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful services development.
Experience in the complete software development life cycle.
Experience in user interface, web service, and database development.
Experience with SQL SERVER Database Design and Stored Procedures.
Preferable to have experience in creating SQL Jobs.
UX development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React)
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working with a Single Page Application (SPA).
Experience in effective maintainable unit tests.
Experience with writing clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
Experience using Azure DevOps.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Experience in leading/managing offshore teams.
Experience with version control concepts including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
Strong critical thinking, decision making, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Highly adept at innovating and thinking beyond established standards and processes.
Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying current and emerging technology solutions and trends.
Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
