As a Senior Solutions Engineer - Central Region, you will help guide our enterprise prospects and customers in leveraging Amplitude's platform to create better, stickier, more interesting digital products.As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will: - Design and deliver world-class, storytelling-based demos, run pointed discovery sessions and own proofs of value of Amplitude's solution.
- Couple your product, data and analytics expertise to align Amplitude's solution with enterprise customer pains.
- Lead conversations with technical teams on topics such as data import, data quality, data governance and reference architecture.
- Work closely in your day to day with account executives, product development, engineering and customer success to ensure a seamless buying experience for our prospects.
- Advise prospects on their data strategy and growth stack architecture to ensure efficient and high-quality results.
- Provide guidance on preferred integration methods to technical stakeholders.
- Advise prospects on the kinds of data they should be collecting to produce their desired results.
- Scope and lead hands-on evaluations with prospects to inspire them and make them enthusiastic about using the platform.
- Be an in-house expert in Amplitude's product and stay up-to-date on product releases and new features, assist in training new SC team hires and hand off well-structured, use-case-based deals to our post sales teams.
- Enhance the Amplitude product roadmap forward by sharing product feedback and new requirements from the field back to our product management team.
- Travel to customer on-sites to deliver demos and to build strong customer relationships.You'll be a great addition to the team if:
