Position Highlights:Position: Clinical DietitianHourly Pay Range: $26.00-$42.70. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Location: LOH Naperville, ILFull TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30pmA Brief Overview:Has primary responsibility for the nutritional care of all inpatients and eating disorder patients at Linden Oaks Hospital. In consultation with physicians and other multi-disciplinary team members, contributesto the development and implementation of departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures.Serves as a consultant/nutritional resource to other health care professionals.What you will do:Develops and implements a care plan based on assessment of nutritional needs. Utilizes relevant data and appropriate methods for estimating nutritional requirements. Provides effective nutritional management for all age groups. Updates the plan of care as needed based on changes in the patients medical condition.Counsels patients, families and/or groups on prescribed diets in an individualized manner, utilizing a variety of educational materials.Assumes primary responsibility in the Eating Disorder Program for patient meal planning, nutritional snacks, meal preparation and cooking.Insures that meal plans/dietary cards are prepared for patients 7 days a week.
