Responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician job include:



• Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges

• Align and balance new equipment after installation

• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment

• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery

• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary



Qualifications:



Has mastered the skills for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems with at least 5 years in a Maintenance Technician position at a manufacturing facility, responsible for maintaining equipment and systems.

Maintenance Technician position at a manufacturing facility, responsible for maintaining Lake Region Medical's equipment and building systems.

Able to use the computer, specifically spreadsheets, word processing and data base programs as well as experience with PM systems

Effectively communicate with all levels of employees, as well as outside contractors

Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with many time constraints

Has completed the advanced electrical and mechanical certifications

Environmental Working Conditions

Ability to spend time using your hands to handle, control, reach, or feel objects, tools or controls.

Will spend extended periods of time standing and walking throughout the stop

Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and twist.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.



We have openings on 1st shift (6am-2pm M-F).



Pay for this position is $13.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
