We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategy Director to lead strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative teams and drive impactful insights in the pharmaceutical market.Responsibilities

Develop provocative insights that form the basis for creative strategies and actionable outputs.

Create inspiring creative briefs and clear positioning statements.

Lead client discovery sessions and workshops, moderating discussions to extract key takeaways.

Participate actively in the annual brand planning process, identifying opportunities and driving strategy development.

Contribute to the RFP process by identifying insights and shaping the narrative for prospective clients.

Stay informed on marketplace trends and develop points of view to share with clients.

Foster strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with account and creative teams.

Conduct consumer trend analyses and present research findings to clients.Skills

15+ years of account planning experience, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing.

Strong understanding of brand strategy principles and customer journey development.

Exceptional presentation and client management skills.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Proficient in various research methodologies and qualitative research moderation.Preferred Skills

Experience in strategic roles for rare disease marketing is a plus.

Some consumer marketing experience is beneficial.
