- Promote from within cultureThe SVP, Managed Assets manages a portfolio of problem commercial loans comprised of C&I credits. In this role, you will develop and execute action plans to drive least loss/highest recovery results, contributing to the bank's bottom line.What You'll Do
- Manage assigned portfolio of distressed loans
- Conduct in-depth analysis into lending relationships in order to formulate and propose an appropriate course of action
- Meet with borrowers to negotiate terms for restructure or settlement; perform site visits to inspect collateral
- Interact with Wintrust Charter Banks and niche groups as problem loans are identified and assigned for active management in MAD
- Enforce bank's legal rights and remedies working directly with outside counsel and third-party professionals as necessary in litigation
- Collect past due accounts, restructure workable credits, and liquidate collateral as warrantedQualifications
