Works under moderate supervision. May see the advice of more advanced staff.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswers phone including fielding questions, re-directing calls and taking messages.Communicates with customers, associates and others to answer questions, address complaints and explain information.Maintains general company record systems to uphold accurate files.Assist Warranty Manager with reporting and data entry.Work with Department of Motor Vehicles to renew and/or replace tags, licenses, permits etc.Utilize company maintenance software to monitor and report preventative maintenance schedules, assist in purchasing and receiving data entry.Assist with fuel reporting, invoicing and data entry.Assist Regional Fleet Manager and Maintenance Director as needed.All other tasks as assigned by management.Minimum EducationHigh School or equivalentExperience Requirements2 -4 years related experience.Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience Preferred2-4 years of related work experience.Strong reading, writhing, math and communication skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft OfficeEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsNormal climate-controlled office environment.Able to move freely throughout the Feed Mill setting.Able to communicate on the telephone and proficiently use office equipment.May be exposed to noise ranges of 50dB to 110dB.Must wear and use protective safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
