The base office may be located within a Farm Credit Mid-America retail office in Indiana with the expectation of traveling within the region. TRAVEL REQUIRED: There is an expectation to be present within the Indiana region, visiting offices and teams regularly. There will also be monthly meetings in Louisville. COMPENSATION: $108,840.00 to $243,613.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class. About Our OpportunityOur Vice President Retail Operations is primarily responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the Association's Retail Operations Team. Leads and coaches the Directors of Retail Operations to deliver exceptional customer experience, supports the sales delivery and financial services function in conformance with the Association business plan while maintaining the appropriate risk profile balance for the assigned retail areas.
