Key Responsibilities

Answer questions regarding accounting practices, tax forms, and deductions
Assist customers with navigating bookkeeping platforms and tax preparation software

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Priority given to Certified Public Accountants or Enrolled Agents
Minimum 1 year of experience in a tax or accounting role, preferably with SMB sole proprietors and S Corps
Familiarity with customer service solutions like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
