A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to support billing, payments, and reporting for their eCommerce segment.



Key Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and track eCommerce billing data in collaboration with the Accounting Operations team
Monitor and report on customer billings, payments, declines, refunds, and chargebacks
Create reporting templates to ensure all transactions are accounted for on a monthly basis


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent education and experience
Understanding of billing, collections, and receivable procedures
Proficient in MS Excel
Experience with Zuora and Salesforce preferred
