We are hiring Full-time, MRI Technologist Floats to join-- the -- RAYUS -- Indy team! This role provides you the opportunity to work various shifts with multiple teams in different locations. Home base is negotiable in the Indy Metro area but north side preferred. We offer great benefits, work-life balance, and further growth opportunity. Additionally, these roles will be eligible for float & shift differential on top of your base rate of pay! Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats
Prepares patients for MR procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, position patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately scanned, and providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure
Maintains equipment in good working order; cleans and disinfects equipment after each use
Assists with maintaining an updated MRI protocol manual and software upgrades
Monitors medical supply inventory
Assists with training of new associates, providing resource and technical expertise
