A company is looking for a Systems Specialist-2 to analyze, configure, and test client benefit plans on their web platform.



Key Responsibilities

Assist in design, documentation, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new modules
Configure client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, and pricing
Coordinate data integration and testing with EDI team, insurance carriers, and payroll/HRIS systems


Required Qualifications

Experience with data import design and implementation
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with web technologies used in benefit platforms
Ability to analyze client requirements and document processes
