A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage security clearance processes for personnel assigned to a government contract.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate security clearance processing for personnel, including initial clearances, renewals, and terminations
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in compliance with government standards
Conduct security awareness training and briefings for cleared personnel


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related field focused on personnel clearance processing
Certified FSO training completion required
Proficiency with security management systems and understanding of NISPOM guidelines
