  • IN /compact license
  • Minimum 2 years of strong Med/Surg experience
  • 1 travel assignment
  • Trauma level II experience
  • Skillset: dysphagia screen/strong Neuro assessements, basic tele interpretation, strict I's & O's/straight cath/Foleys, intitate/titrate heparin gtts., blood/blood product administration/venipuncture/blood cultures, NG tubes, indwelling drain managemen, stable gtts. (i.e. Protonix, Lasic

  • Recent Epic charting experienceOther details:
    • First to float within skillset
    • Patient Population:-- Neuro and Neuro-Surgical patients - CVAs, elective back/neck surgeries, post-op cranis, cerebral angiogram. General medical and psych.
    • Unit Information: 37 beds.-- Ratio: Days 1:5-6; NOCs 1:5-7; CN takes partial patient assignment.
    • Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to change
    • No local candidates (40 mile radius rule)
