Description:

Responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails from service providers that need authorization for repairs. Research part availability and ensure pricing is in line with industry standards. Verify failure and repairs are covered under the terms and conditions.





Duties/Responsibilities:

Take inbound calls/emails from service provider seeking repair authorization. Entitle and review claim information, evaluate each claim request to determine repair vs. buyout/replacement. Maintain knowledge of covered equipment, as relates to the price/replacement value. Maintain good working relationship during all contact with others. Take responsibility for continuously improving process and product knowledge. Perform additional duties as assigned.



Requirements:

Exceptional analytic/technical skills, Results oriented, able to work well under pressure. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable. Ability to negotiate. Reliable and ability to consistently meet deadline. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. HVAC experience a must.
