Your technical ability or mechanical inclination will allow you to relate well to technical decision-makers within manufacturing, heavy equipment, civil, and other industries involving hydraulics, pneumatics, control systems, electro-mechanical motion, UL panel design and build, and more.

Our most successful salespeople have come with:

  • a degree in engineering and/or
  • experience in successful direct sales to an industrial-based clientele -- ideally with both (OEM and end-user customers) of automation and fluid power products.
  • are (at least) mechanically inclined, and

In this results-oriented position, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts while actively hunting and developing new business opportunities.

You'll build strong, trusted relationships with your clients, becoming their go-to automation resource.

    Are You the Ideal Candidate?
    • You're a tech-savvy, engineering-minded individual with a passion for sales and problem-solving.
    • You have a proven track record of success in complex B2B sales cycles, particularly in selling to C-level executives at manufacturing companies.
    • You're a consultative seller focusing on value, not just price.
    • You have the expertise to understand and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • You're a master of juggling multiple projects while effectively utilizing CRM and pipeline management tools to drive revenue.
    • You possess a strong work ethic, are coachable, and have a relentless drive to achieve your goals. Bonus Points:
      • Experience selling industrial sensors, automated machinery, manufacturing software, SCADA systems, or industrial networking products.
      • Prior success selling automation solutions to OEMs.
