  Job Details
  • 12 hour shifts, work every fourth weekend.
  • Needs experience with CT, X-Ray and MRI.
    Job Requirements
    • BLS Certification must be from AHA.
    • Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYS.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics training required.
    • Fit Test required for all disciplines, Annual.
    • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
    • Exemptions are NOT accepted for certain areas.
    • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination documentation.
    • Influenza Vaccine is required annually; no declinations or exemptions accepted.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
    • Statement of good health or completed physical exam required annually.
    • Ascension Skills Checklist submission required annually.
    • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment.
    • Headshot with a white or blue background required for Ascension Badge Photo.
    • Education verification must be validated at the source level.
      Schedule Information
      • 12 hour shifts.

        Additional Details
        • Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form is done onsite.
        • Pre-hire attestation must be uploaded after completion.
        • Exemptions are NOT accepted for certain job roles concerning vaccinations.
