Project Summary

• Seeking a multifaceted WMS Techno-Functional Consultant who excels in business analysis,
• technical and functional expertise in SAP WMS, configuration, testing, and project management. This
• role is crucial in effectively bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring
• the success of our SAP WMS implementations. Mandatory Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain IT, or relevant business experience within healthcare.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder WMS techno-functional, including at least two implementations.
  • Familiarity with WCS (Exacta) and WES.
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Data driven. Must be able to identify AI/ML opportunities in a real-time DC Ops environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly in Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and Scaled Agile.
  • Technical proficiency in supply chain technologies and systems.
  • Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digitalself, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)
  • Foundational skills(at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology. Job Responsibilities
    • Shape the vision/roadmap for and steer the squad in delivering products/platforms features/work oriented around business impact.
    • Shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
    • Approve all documentation related to the product.
    • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing requirements and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
    • Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create Technology Services Engage requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.
    • Accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs.
    • Work closely with business partners to establish the products' business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach as necessary.
    • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
    • Interact with other squads within the product/platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks.
    • Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.
    • Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.
    • Lead issue resolution with Network and business partners for BY and SAP eWM WMS.
    • Support issue resolution with WCS, Infrastructure, external suppliers, and business partners for WMS application/s.
    • Partner with BTLs and TS to scope, define, and implement changes and projects.
    • Work with Security Risk Management, Infrastructure, and DC Operations teams on cyber risk remediation.
    • Conduct roadmap planning with the Deliver organization.
    • Work with the DC operations and QA team for site audits.
    • Collaborate with vendor management teams for SOWs and POs.
