We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will assist our healthcare Providers in both front office and back office tasks, delivering exceptional outpatient care to our patients. Your contributions will be integral to our clinic's operations as you collaborate closely with Providers, clinical staff, and patients.

• Clinical Excellence/Patient Care: You will perform and assist with various clinical procedures under Provider supervision within the exam suite. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Escorting patients to the exam suite and completing their registration smoothly.
• Conducting vital signs measurements and documenting findings accurately in patient charts.
• Providing patient comfort items like water, coffee, and blankets.
• Executing patient check-out processes effectively and guiding them through completing satisfaction surveys.
• Performing diagnostic imaging in an ambulatory setting and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conducting follow-up calls to patients within 48-72 hours after their visit to ensure their ongoing care.
• Quality Assurance: You will maintain high standards in diagnostic imaging quality control, sterilization, and inventory management. Ensuring exam rooms are fully equipped with necessary medical supplies will be essential.
• Employee Development: Stay engaged with departmental policies, take part in meetings, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations like CLIA and OSHA. Demonstrating initiative in improving service quality is key to our mission.
