Onsite Recruiting Coordinator - Indianapolis Indiana

Overview: As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for some recruiting activities. You will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team, conducting some associate interviews, and performing other administrative duties. Location: Indianapolis, IN Responsibilities:

  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Filter candidates for recruiting
  • Schedule / Conducting interviews
  • Welcome visitors and clients
  • Maintain associate files (filling)
  • Follow up on I-9 and Supporting documents tickets
  • Maintain a timekeeping system (clearing Synerion exceptions)
  • Conduct onboarding orientations (as per Recruiter request)
  • Take associate attendance (Stafftrack)
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
    • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and / or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Strong communications skills, both oral and written
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $18.12 and $22.64 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
