This exciting role will see you working with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert tax advice to our clients. Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.2. Provide expert tax advice to clients, helping them to understand their tax obligations and potential tax-saving opportunities.4. Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.5. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.Qualifications:1. 2+ years of experience in tax preparation, preferably in the mortgage industry.2. Strong knowledge of tax law and regulations, particularly as they relate to individuals and small businesses.3. Proficiency in tax preparation software.4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable way.6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.8.
