  ABOUT THE JOB
  We're looking for an Interim Director of Emergency Services for a 3-month assignment with an Acute Care Hospital in the Portage County, Indiana area. The Interim Director of Emergency Services will be responsible for leading the patient experience, as well as oversight of goals, objectives, and metrics for Emergency services.
  
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  
  
  
  • Must be a seasoned Nurse with extensive management experience in the acute care setting
    
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the facilities states
    
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical specialty and leadership experience
    
  • Proven leadership skills, including strong communication skills
    
  • Ability to motivate staff and drive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
