Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure the Copado platform, ensuring operational efficiency and identifying improvement opportunities
Collaborate with security and development teams to implement comprehensive security practices throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado
Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and sandboxes
