Key Responsibilities

Address incoming inquiries from members via phone, digital, or written communication
Record details of inquiries, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain performance metrics
Provide comprehensive service for various issues, including ordering medical equipment and handling grievances


Required Qualifications and Training

Must reside in Puerto Rico
Bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
Minimum two years of customer service experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams
