Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the bank's AML/BSA program and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Supervise a team of 5-10 AML investigators, managing training and performance
Conduct manual investigations and SAR writing, guiding the transition to automated systems


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of AML/BSA investigation experience, including manual investigations and SAR writing
