Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from point of sale to go-live date
Conduct product training sessions and customize training materials for clients

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS project management, onboarding, or implementation coordination
Experience in the beauty industry preferred
