A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to provide leave of absence administration services.



Key Responsibilities

Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
Support compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves of absence
Develop relationships with HR teams, managers, and employees to provide guidance and support


Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave of absence administration for mid to large size companies
Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
Strong knowledge of leave-related regulations, including FMLA and ADA/ADAAA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with leave management systems
Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus More...
