A company is looking for a RAQA Specialist to manage regulatory affairs and quality assurance tasks in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Review and assess customer complaint reports for regulatory submission
Analyze complaint data and collaborate with customers to resolve issues
Develop and update standard operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; engineering or science degree preferred
Experience in the medical device, biologics, or pharmaceutical field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of international regulations and standards (CFR, EU MDR, ISO 13485, etc.)
