A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to resolve complex People Operations inquiries and support team members and leaders globally.



Key Responsibilities

Advise leaders on performance management practices and deliver performance improvement plans
Investigate grievance reports and collaborate with Legal/Compliance and HRBP teams for resolution
Stay updated on global employment regulations and assist in policy and process design


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or People Operations
Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field, or equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of US HR laws and processes
Exposure to global HR laws and processes, especially in EMEA
