Job Title: Molding Set up TechnicianLocation:Bloomfield, IA
Position Type: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)
Salary: $22.96/hour + Shift PremiumKey Responsibilities:

• Set up and remove molds to produce quality parts.
• Troubleshoot the molding process to resolve issues effectively.
• Perform repairs, address oil and water leaks, and complete required documentation.
• Execute material changes and measure parts accurately.
• Provide break coverage for Molding Operators as needed.Requirements:
  • Must pass all MOBI requirements/physicals (for forklifts and cranes) if not currently enrolled in the MOBI program.
  • Ability to operate assistive equipment such as forklifts, overhead hoists, and robotic arms.
  • Comfortable using QC measuring instruments and hand tools (knives, cutters, wrenches, etc.).Safety Gear:
    • Required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, eye protection, hard hats, steel-toed footwear, and other protective clothing as needed.Shifts:
      • 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compensation:
