Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of resource forecasts to guide workforce planning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Doctorate degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or Associate degree with 10 years, or High School diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
Experience in workforce planning and resource equation development
Advanced user of data analytics software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
