Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple client contracts and oversee HEDIS audit operations
Lead project management tasks, including communication with project partners and preparation of deliverables
Supervise and mentor junior staff while conducting internal quality control monitoring


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or master's level training in a healthcare-related field; master's preferred
At least 13 years of work experience, including 10 years in healthcare and project management
Minimum of 6 years of supervisory or mentoring experience
