Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage lifecycle programs across the customer journey, from onboarding to referral
Execute email, in-app, SMS, and push campaigns, including writing, building, and reporting
Lead creative development for channel assets and identify new automation trends for continuous improvement



Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in consumer lifecycle marketing, preferably in mobile app or technology sectors
Extensive experience with email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Braze
