Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the dedicated team, ensuring alignment with client commitments
Monitor performance metrics and report on release readiness and progress
Anticipate and mitigate risks impacting software delivery and client commitments


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
Minimum of 5 - 8 years in a senior project/program manager or service delivery role
At least 2 years of experience in an engineering organization using Agile methods
Strong understanding of delivery methods and large-scale software systems
