A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to provide guidance on retirement savings options to customers.



Key Responsibilities

Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
Discuss account options like 401K and IRAs to align with customers' retirement savings goals
Educate customers on their retirement plans and compare options to support their savings objectives


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales
Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
