Key Responsibilities

Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to schedule appointments for Field Consultants
Ensure Field Consultants' calendars are efficiently booked to maximize productivity
Keep work order statuses updated and communicate any schedule changes to management and Field Consultants
