A company is looking for a Client Configuration Support Specialist.



Key Responsibilities

Provide internal and external support for online transactions and assist clients through phone calls and emails
Administer online booking systems and Duty of Care systems, including user training and demos
Analyze issues to identify root causes, make recommendations for process improvements, and perform quality control


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Corporate Travel industry
At least 5 years of experience with Concur or Deem online booking tools
Basic experience with GDS systems, particularly SABRE, with advanced knowledge being a plus
Ability to work productively in a self-directed environment
