Key Responsibilities

Facilitate competency assessments, track progress, and compile actionable insights
Develop and implement a standardized process to evaluate 'Train the Trainer' efforts
Conduct research to understand advertiser needs and generate actionable insights


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
Experience conducting survey research and implementing survey designs
Proficiency in working with large datasets using SQL or similar tools
