A company is looking for a Fully Remote Experienced Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of estate administration, including drafting court documents and preparing estate accountings
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the estate administration process
Prepare Federal and State estate tax returns and assist with the preparation of Wills and Trusts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal or equivalent experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with large estates and preparation of estate tax returns
Extensive experience with probate and trust administration issues
