A company is looking for an Assistant Registrar I to support student-centered registrar functions.



Key Responsibilities

Provide a variety of registrar and support functions for the Campus Registrar and Assistant Registrar II
Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and assist with attendance tracking and final grade submissions
Evaluate transcripts for potential transfer credit and assist with data entry of the academic class schedule


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education, Educational Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
Experience with Campus Nexus (CNS) is preferred
Knowledge of regulations such as FERPA
