Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and marketing agreements
Negotiate information security agreements such as data processing and business associate agreements
Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and assist with contract management processes


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
